Ingredients: 

Sugar, Wheat flour, Wheat Starch, Emulsifer, Raising (Sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Flavour, salt. 

Preparation :

1•Preheat oven to 180°C (F°350). Grease the cake mold ( with butter or oil ) lightly. Sprinkle flour lightly on the cake mold to avoid the mixture stick on the mold.

2•Mix water, egg and cake mixture slowly using a blender or by hand for 1 minute and then stir quickly for 9 minutes. When the mixture becomes dough, pour it into the cake mold.

3•While baking according to mold styles and instructions, you can check the cake whether it is cooked  or not using a toothpick. 

4•You can take the cake out of mold after it has been cooled for 10 minutes.
